There's no reason to worry about your purchase from us!
If you purchase from us and fail to meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the item. Please contact us by email and we'll let you know how to send your merchandise back.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE:
DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING included with your merchandise, such as boxes, instruction manuals, or promotional materials. Look the items over carefully for cosmetic damage.
Unopened Merchandise and Opened, As-New Merchandise
Any merchandise that is unopened and in the original packaging may be returned to us within 30 day. If the merchandise was opened, it must be returned in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals, and accessories. When the return is received, we will refund the purchase price.
For any product purchased from us to be determined defective it must be returned to us within the specified period and terms. Product warranty begins on the date of purchase.
Merchandise that has been Modified
Any modifications done to any merchandise voids the warranty.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any item(s) damaged in transit must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. All original packaging must be held with the damaged item(s).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your refund is approved. We will reimburse you for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
