Item plugs into vacuum ok and charges but doesn't fit into Dyson wall charger unit as it is too narrow for original fitting.

Not as advertised
When the ordered charger finally arrived (late) it was not the same as the one pictured on Batterymate website. The plug on the Dyson charger is angled to fit in the caddy. The picture on the website shows the angled plug.
The charger that was shipped has a straight or standard plug. It will not fit in the caddy and is not fit for purpose.
False advertising. Buyer beware.
Although the charging unit had the correct voltage and current ratings, the plug that is inserted into the machine was not compatible with the wall mounted holder. I had to cut off the old plug from the faulty unit and rewire it onto the cord of the replacement unit.
