You don’t always need a proper camping fridge, especially if you’re only heading out for a couple of nights but they can be certainly handy to have if you are camping for an extended period of time such as over the holidays. Another important inclusion is a power source. Battery-powered generators or portable solar panels work wonders and can even help you with refrigeration if you have a said portable camping fridge.
