Can I change the address after I place my order ?

Kindly be aware that your item will be sent to the address you supply at checkout. Once the order has been made, we are unable to modify the address. This policy helps us process all orders promptly.

Can I cancel or change the order after I make payment ?

As soon as your order is confirmed, our warehouse team begins the picking and packaging process. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or change an order once payment is complete.

Can I pick my battery / order from your store?

Yes, we are located at 21/47 Third Avenue Blacktown. Pick up must be arranged in advance by contacting our customer service team at contact@batterymate.com.au

 

How long will it take to receive my order ?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery time frame is 1-6 days for normal post or 1-2 days for express post.

What is your warranty policy?
