Can I pick my battery / order from your store?

Yes, we are located at 21/47 Third Avenue Blacktown. Pick up must be arranged in advance by contacting our customer service team at contact@batterymate.com.au

 

How long will it take to receive my order ?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery time frame is 1-7 days for normal post or 1-2 days for express post. 

 

What if I make a mistake and order the wrong battery?

What is the warranty returns policy?

All of our products are backed by a minimum 12 months warranty. Most of our high quality batteries are covered by 36 months of warranty. Please see Warranty Policy for more information. 

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

We aim to process all orders as soon as we can. Please contact our team at contact@batterymate.com.au to check if your order can be cancelled / altered.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

My product is missing parts.
