About a month ago I ordered a pair of wired PS2 controllers. When they arrived about 2 weeks later, the wrong item had been sent and I instead received a pair of wireless bluetooth controllers. Two weeks ago I requested that the wireless controllers be sent out so I could send the bluetooth controllers back, and was told I'd have a tracking number sent to me in approximately 24 hours. After emailing again asking about it I still have no tracking number, no wired controllers, no offer of a refund, no communication in general. After repeated emails asking me to "share my thoughts" (seriously, why do you need to email me every week asking me for a review?) I figured I may as well, and hopefully I'll get some response out of it. After this experience I wouldn't recommend buying from Battery Mate - it seems like this company operates with a lack of communication and care.
