I was very happy with the product and the features it has for the price I paid for it.
I was not so happy with the condition of the package it came in or the time it took for the item to be delivered. I do not blame this on Battery Mate as such, but on the courier they used.
I was happy with Battery Mate's Customer Service response to my query about the lateness of delivery and then to the damage of the item on arrival.

Good price, prompt delivery, works satisfactorily, too early to comment on longevity.

The battery arrived quickly but no luck in finding anyone who would actually install the replacement battery on my iPod 6th generation.
Disappointing that I will now have to purchase a new iPod instead.

Doesn’t work

The one I received the other day has no connector and air pressure tyre gauge fitted to the yellow spring hose. No reply to replaced or send the missing parts. 😔😔😔
