Hi, remote looks the same although takes a couple of clicks to get the fetch box to respond. The buttons click’ when pressed, which is very annoying, so annoying and loud that we are ready to get the old remote back out. The old remote has the icons rubbed off thats why we got the new one. Any fix/ideas appreciated. Clint.
