Need to use a different courier company than Aramex 14 days from Sydney is ridiculous. It was 10 days before it even left Sydney and that was after they forwarded it to another courier company. I need another Aircon remote but not prepared to wait another 14 days.

New remote is great. I put batteries in it and it worked straight away. Never have I received an item that didn’t have some kind of setup, certain instructions to follow. This was fantastic, straight forward and the product was as per advertised.
