I have four under water torches. I bought 4 blue 18650 ultra e-fire batteries from a dive shop. They fitted 2 of torches but not the other 2 as the diameter of the plastic coating was a hair's width too much. On spec I purchased 18650 3.7V 3600mAh High Output Li-ion Rechargeable Battery (green) which fitted the other 2 torches brilliantly.
